The local filmmaker showcase last week in Hyattsville, Md concluded a wonderful spring series of screenings and gatherings. The selection of films was identical to the Rochester program with the exception of a new roll of super 8 film which premiered at the end of the evening. The crowd was engaged, intrigued and asked some really notable questions. I have enjoyed all three events immensely and am grateful to everyone involved. Thankfully, there were no major mishaps and the screenings were well attended. I was actually getting used to the routine. More soon
