Una Lee : Field Recording
Chris Lynn: Soundscapes
Lynlee is a very exciting collaborative adventure that I am undertaking with sound artist Una Lee. As a duo, we plan to share our ideas, field recordings, remixes and visuals to create works we both find satisfying and new. We are in the early stages, but we already have produced a number of tracks and a short film. We will be posting our compositions on the Lynlee soundcloud page which is located below. Expect more details as the project develops, but for now-have a listen!
I am very pleased to present the first Audio Visual collaboration with South Korean sound artist Una Lee. The track “A Rolling Mind“ appears on Una Lee’s excellent disc Grainy Thought, which was released earlier this year. More on this ongoing collaboration soon-Enjoy

This is the second piece we have worked on together-
My contribution was a field recording from Burnaby Library. Gary provided all of the captivating sounds and arrangement.

A new piece on my Vimeo page.
Interprets Practition by Colour is an unfished track by U.K. sound artist Noise Research which is reworked/remixed by numerous composers, myself included. I found the track and the project to be really rich and stimulating. You can listen to the results here. The entire disc is seamless and deserves repeated listens. Each composer manages to build upon the fragments and create something substantial. Definitely worth checking out.
